About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 12-hour night shift travel contract in Atlanta, Georgia. This position offers guaranteed 36 hours per week, providing consistency in your schedule. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit environment. No local candidates within 50 miles.
Schedule
- Start Date: 08/28/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts (6:40 AM – 7:30 PM, varies)
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients in a 640A Intensive Care Unit (General Medical Surgical ICU).
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience.
- Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Active state nursing license (Nursys verification).
- Preferred: CCRN and NIHSS certifications.
- Experience with Cerner EMR system.
