• ICU experience required
• Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
• Years of Experience: 1
• Patient Ratio Experience: 3
• Charting System Experience: Required
• Trauma Level II Experience: Preferred
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Aneurysms and repair, Arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI), Craniotomy, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Feeding tube care and management, Heparin Protocols, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Intracranial bleeds, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols, Lumbar drains, Management of dysrhythmias, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Pacemakers/Temporary/Permanent, PCA, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Post TPA care, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Pre/Post neurosurgery, Renal failure, Renal transplant, Seizure disorders, Spinal cord injury, Starting and maintaining IVs, Substance Withdrawal, Surgical drains, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Thrombolytic Agents, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Titration of Insulin drips, TR Band, Tracheostomy care/management, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Traumatic Brain injury, TURP, Wound Care/Wound Vac

Additional Requirements

• Two years of experience in service line required
• Licence in hand required with submittal
• Certification verification
• Altera experience preferred, not required
• Travel experience preferred
