Schedule Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Trauma ICU team. This position requires proficiency in acute care ICU skills and a strong background in trauma and surgical ICU settings. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support families, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications. Perform advanced nursing procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, and central line placement. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care needs. Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner Power Chart. Participate in unit activities, including training and mentorship of new staff. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Valid Nursing License (RN) in the state of North Carolina. Active ACLS and BLS Certifications. Must have trauma ICU experience in Level I or Level II Trauma Centers. Experience in a surgical ICU setting. Why ARMStaffing?
