About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our ICU team, providing critical care to adult patients. The RN will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in the ICU setting.
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Ability to occasionally float to PCU as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Active RN license.
Schedule
- 13-week contract position.
- 36 hours per week.
- 12-hour shifts, 07:00 - 19:00, days.
- Rotating weekends.
