Responsibilities
- Provide intensive care nursing services to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Manage ventilators, IV drips, and arterial lines with advanced skills such as titration and management
- Perform procedures including intubation, central line insertions, and arterial line insertions
- Collaborate with a team of RN staff ensuring optimal patient outcomes
- Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and patient experience initiatives like AIDET and Bedside Shift Report
