Travel ICU RN - $1,701 per week

About the role

This is a 13-week travel contract position for an experienced Registered Nurse to join an ICU team. The role requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), including self-scheduling with manager oversight and 3-4 weekend shifts per schedule. Candidates may be required to float to Med-Surg or ED as needed to meet critical staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor patients using ventilators, IV pumps, and GE monitors.
• Administer medications and perform IV drip titration.
• Conduct arterial line management and assist in procedures like intubation and central line insertions.
• Participate in bedside shift reports and maintain compliance with patient experience protocols.
• Support New Grad RNs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Experience with ventilators, IV drip titration, and arterial line management.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
