About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week assignment in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care services to patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment.
• Assess patient conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform diagnostic tests and administer medications as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an RN in a state where travel assignments are accepted.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in ICU setting preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including 12-hour days.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Completion of an approved preceptorship or ICU orientation program.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of ICU procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
