Travel ICU Respiratory Therapist - $2,067 per week

About the role

We are seeking a skilled ICU Respiratory Therapist who is experienced in ventilator management, administering breathing treatments, and responding to critical codes and conditions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong ICU experience and be able to perform essential respiratory care duties effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate ventilators for patients in critical condition
• Administer breathing treatments as prescribed by medical team
• Respond promptly to all emergency codes and conditions
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff in providing comprehensive patient care
• Monitor and assess patient respiratory needs and progress

Requirements

• ICU experience required
• New York State Registered Respiratory Therapist (NYS RRT) license required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred but not required

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
