About the role
Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN) in a community hospital setting, providing specialized care in an 8-bed open ICU environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care
- Manage ventilator care
- Therapeutic hypothermia
- PCI/STEMI procedures
- Invasive hemodynamic monitoring
- TEE/cardioversion
- Temp pacing
- Sepsis management
- Stroke/TPA
- DKA cases
- Respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response calls
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes and uphold patient safety through communication and patient-centered initiatives
- Maintain professional appearance
- Adhere to safety standards
- Utilize advanced monitoring equipment in a dynamic ICU environment
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license for New Hampshire
- Minimum of 3 years ICU experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Preferred: CCRN certification and AIBP experience
Schedule
- Self-scheduling options
- Every other weekend off
- Optional overtime
