About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Critical Care Float for a 26-week assignment in Portland, Maine.
Responsibilities
- Provide critical care nursing services in an intensive care unit setting.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maine.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in critical care preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of critical care nursing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for travel nursing and flexible scheduling.
Skills
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR).
