About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week assignment in Warsaw, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Taking care of vent dependent patients
- Managing IV drips and IV sedation
- Assisting with recoveries after hours occasionally
- Working in Critical Care and Progressive Care units
- Handling a patient ratio of 3:1 or 2:1 depending on the type of patient, and 1:5 if MS overflow/PCU
Requirements
- RN License
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid driver’s license
- One to two years of critical care experience
- Critical care skills
- No experience with Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) or Trauma ERRT
- Proficiency in EMR: Cerner
