• Certification requirements include: License/Certificate Verification, Fit Test, Drug Screen, Code of Conduct Form, I9, Confidentiality and Security Agreement, various health vaccinations and screenings (like COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B), a Physical/Health Statement, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Criminal Background Check, and Education Verification.
• The Influenza Vaccine is optional.
• A checklist for specific competency and skills is also necessary.

Pay and Per Diems

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
