Schedule

12‑hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, including every‑other‑weekend and rotating holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as a registered nurse
• ACLS (American Heart Association) certification
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification
• NIHSS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cardiac patients, ventilator management, and CRRT
• Working knowledge of electronic medical record systems, preferably EPIC

Additional Information

• The ICU supports step‑down needs and has an average daily census of around 16‑17 patients
• The unit has designated COVID‑19 beds and specific patient care protocols
• Nurses manage drips, ventilators, and alarms, with in‑house intensivist and hospitalist coverage during day and night shifts respectively
• Orientation includes general hospital and unit‑specific training; some shifts or schedules may be blocked
• Floating outside the ICU is typically not required for travelers unless specified by the contract

Pay
