Travel ICU Registered Nurse - $2,180 per week
Job Summary
Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) located in Manchester, New Hampshire. This role involves providing expert nursing care within a 20-bed Intensive Care Unit that includes medical and surgical ICU patients. The position requires a dedicated professional to manage complex patient needs, utilize advanced equipment, and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment.
Schedule
- Days shift
- 12-hour shifts
- Minimum of 36 hours per week
- Starting 08/03/2026
Required Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in hand
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- At least 1 year of experience in an ICU or similar environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with critical drips, ventilators, and prior ICU experience preferred
Unit Information
- Location: Intensive Care Unit in Manchester, NH
- Bed Count: 20 beds
- Staffing: 1 charge RN, 8-10 staff RNs, 1-3 LNAs, and PRN sitter staff on both day and night shifts
- Patient Ratios: Variable based on acuity, including ECMO with 2:1, post open heart surgery 1:1, typical ICU 1:2, stepdown 1:3-4
- Equipment: IV pumps, telemetry monitors, Hoyer/stand lifts, Impella, IABP, CRRT (nxstage), ventilators, high flow nasal cannula, BiPAP/CPAP, and more
- Population: Patients with a mix of medical and surgical ICU needs
Additional Information
- Must have a license in hand prior to submission and be able to start on or after 08/03/2026
- Candidates without the specified critical care skills will not be considered
- Organized and adaptable personality preferred
- Every third weekend shift required; no call required
