Job Description

Deliver comprehensive critical care for ICU, Stepdown, and Medical-Surgical patients.

Perform detailed patient assessments, administer medications, monitor patient status, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

Float within your scope of practice to inpatient units and nearby regional facilities as needed.

Document patient care using Epic EMR.

Requirements

Active Wisconsin or Compact RN License
ADN or BSN
BLS (AHA or ARC)
ACLS (AHA or ARC)
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
MEDICAL-SURGICAL experience preferred
At least one completed travel assignment required
Epic EMR experience required

Assignment Highlights

32-bed unit providing ICU, Stepdown, and Medical-Surgical care
Variable 12-hour day/night shifts
Every other weekend and holiday rotation
Any professional-colored scrubs permitted
Eligible for up to 36 hours of low census during the contract
Call-back minimum of 2 hours if recalled after low census
