Travel ICU Registered Nurse - $2,139 per week
About the role
Northern Illinois hospital is currently looking for 3 ICU/Stepdown nurses to work 13 week contracts starting ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in an ICU setting
- Assist with patient transfers between ICU and step-down departments
- Perform routine and emergency procedures as necessary
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a registered nurse
- Current Illinois nursing license
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Previous travel nursing experience is preferred but not required
Qualifications
Must be willing to float between ICU and step-down departments.
Skills
Adult critical care experience, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
