Travel ICU Registered Nurse - $2,093 per week

About the role

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting, managing critical patients and supporting procedures performed on the unit.

Responsibilities

• Care for up to 1-3 ICU patients, including those on ventilators.
• Participate in bedside shift reports for patient handoff.
• Administer advanced treatments and procedures, including CRRT, advanced hemodynamics, and phlebotomy.
• Support neuro procedures for conditions such as aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.
• Utilize mobile technology and Meditech documentation systems in patient care.
• Floater to emergency department or PCU as needed based on staffing requirements.

Requirements

• 36 months of RN experience, including at least 12 months in an ICU.
• Successful completion of at least one travel nursing assignment (preferably in a Meditech facility).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Advanced certifications preferred.
• TNCC certification preferred.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (3 - 12 hour shifts per week, including every other weekend and holidays in rotation)
