Travel ICU Registered Nurse - $2,060 per week

Job Summary

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RN position located in Boise, Idaho. This role involves providing critical care in a diverse and dynamic ICU setting, supporting patients with complex needs across multiple facilities. The position requires highly skilled nurses capable of managing acute patients and functioning effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing critical cases
• Titrating relevant drips such as insulin
• Interpreting monitor readings
• Providing comprehensive patient care
• Reading and interpreting tele/monitor techs readings (required in ICU, ER, Tele, and PICU units)

Qualifications

• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Recent experience in an ICU setting with a minimum of 2 years
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

Schedule

• Shift: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with weekend coverage as needed
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 08/10/2026

Clinical Support & Orientation

• RN float pool includes support staff such as nurse aides and patient care technicians
• Equipment specifics available from unit managers
• Orientation: Meet and greet on day 1, followed by three shifts of inpatient orientation
• Facility locations are approximately 20 minutes apart, with safe parking available at all sites
• Travelers are the first to float and may be asked to float mid-shift to different units and facilities depending on operational needs

No specific scrubs color, provided they are clean and professional.
