Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit, Indianapolis, IN. This position involves providing specialized care to critically ill adult patients in a busy intensive care unit. The role emphasizes comprehensive assessment skills and focused management of complex patient conditions, including septic patients and those on mechanical ventilation. Start date: 10/05/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: 12‑hour day shifts (7:00 am–7:30 pm), minimum 36 hours per week. Employment type: Travel. Position type: Replacement, full‑time with 36‑hour weekly guarantee. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting
• Monitor hemodynamic devices
• Implement care plans for critically ill patients with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, and endocrine disorders
• Float to patient areas when home unit is low census
• Report to designated locations as instructed

Requirements

• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Experience: 2 years of ICU experience, including assessment skills, care of septic patients, and mechanically ventilated patients

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in CRRT
• Epic EMR experience

Schedule

Shift: Days 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, 12‑hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
