Travel ICU Registered Nurse - $1,921 per week
About the role
The facility near the nation's capital is in need of a skilled RN traveler to fill an 8-10 week contract in their ICU Unit, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and competent care to patients in an ICU setting.
- Assess, document, and manage patient conditions according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Perform diagnostic tests and monitor patient vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of acute care experience.
- One year of ICU experience required.
- A current ACLS and BLS certification.
- A current compact or MD license.
Qualifications
- Current licensure in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
