Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year current acute care hospital ICU experience
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH
Education requirements: Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado
Preferred Qualifications
TNCC certification
Meditech experience
Unit Information
ICU with 28 beds across two pods
Recent expansion with new equipment and technology
Staff includes experienced nurses with over 20 years of service, critical care technicians, and 24/7 intensivists
Typical patient ratios range from 1:2, with fluctuations based on acuity
Procedures frequently performed include neuro surgical, trauma (currently level III, upgrading to level II this year), cardiac and respiratory arrest management, and ventilated patient care
The unit emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, a positive attitude, and patient-centered care
Staff are welcoming and supportive of traveling professionals
The facility plans to undergo a level II trauma survey this year
The environment is dynamic, with a variety of nursing experience levels and a focus on ongoing teaching and patient care excellence
