Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RN position in San Antonio, TX. Provide high-quality patient care in a specialized critical care environment during night shifts, supporting patient recovery and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a specialized critical care environment.
• Support patient recovery and safety during night shifts.
• Ensure documentation and punctuality per unit guidelines.
• Demonstrate proficiency in procedures such as intubations, central lines, and chest tubes.

Requirements

• Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience.
• ACLS certification.
• BLS certification.
• NIH Stroke Certification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Skills

• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Experience with Meditech electronic documentation system preferred.
