About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Critical Care Float for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Roanoke, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide critical care nursing services under the supervision of a physician.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and meetings as required.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in critical care preferred.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
