Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a Critical Care Float RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Centennial, Colorado, starting September 14, 2026.
About the role
This position offers 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts. The assignment is designed for travel nurses with ICU experience, providing flexibility to float within Zone 3 across various acuity levels, including ICU, PCU/Stepdown, and MS-Tele.
Responsibilities
- Titrate all critical drips, including pressors, sedation, paralytics, antiarrhythmics, heparin, and insulin.
- Read and interpret telemetry strips independently.
- Troubleshoot and manage respiratory needs using equipment such as vents, CPAP, BiPAP, and High Flow.
- Float within Zone 3, adapting to various ICU settings (e.g., MICU, SICU, TICU, CVICU) and acuity levels.
- Assist in managing patient care in high-acuity environments, including assisting with procedures and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience; 3+ years required for first-time travelers.
- Comfort with titrating critical drips and managing high-acuity patients.
- Experience in MICU, SICU, TICU, CVICU, or similar ICU settings.
- Flexibility with scheduling, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to float across multiple units and adapt to varying patient acuity levels.
Qualifications
- Active RN license (License to Submit: Yes).
- BSN not required.
- Epic experience required for first-time travelers.
Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support).
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale).

Pay
Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during the assignment.
