Travel Hospice Physical Therapist - $2,286 per week

Job Description & Requirements

Supplemental Health Care is working with a Hospice Care facility in Moses Lake, Washington to hire Physical Therapists. Specialties include Physical Therapy, with a focus on Hospice Care. The position requires active Physical Therapist licensure/certification in Washington, American Heart Association BLS certification, at least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist, and prior experience in hospice care.

Physical Therapist Contract Details

• $2,100 - $2,286 per week
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Hospice Care
