About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Milpitas, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Perform therapy sessions in accordance with client needs and medical guidelines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Assess and document patient progress
- Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations as needed
Requirements
- Current California State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in home health settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Passing score on the Praxis II exam
- Current CPR certification

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
