AHS Staffing is seeking a qualified Travel - Physical Therapy Assistant - Home Health in Santa Maria, California.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing therapeutic interventions to patients in their homes.
• Perform routine assessments and document findings according to established protocols.
• Administer prescribed treatments and exercises under supervision.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during home visits.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Weekly Wages: $960.00

Weekly M&I Per Diem: $323.64

Housing Per Diem: $485.47
