Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Warsaw, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• At least 2+ years of recent rehabilitation experience.
• Must be available for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026.
• Must be willing to work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Pass required state and national certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
