Travel Home Health Physical Therapist position in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Start date: 02/01/2027. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment type: Travel.

• Hours: 40 per week (guaranteed), 8-hour day shifts
• Territory: Marshfield area, up to 60-mile radius from hub/office
• Average caseload: 5–7 patients per day (confirm during interview)
• Case types: Geriatric
• First-time travelers accepted
• On-call requirement: every 3rd to 4th weekend
• Locals accepted at travel rate
• License in hand required
• Special requirements: flexibility with territory; timely documentation and communication
• Dress code: scrubs (any color), no jeans
• Cell phone: not provided; iPad: provided
• Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate

Requirements

• Specialty: Physical Therapist; Discipline: Therapy
• OASIS experience required
• HCHB EMR experience required
• Minimum 1 year recent experience
• Certifications: BLS required
• Charting system proficiency required (any)
• Work settings experience: Acute Care, Outpatient Clinic, Rehabilitation Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
