About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Help patients with mobility and functional activities
- Document patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements
- Current certification as a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Passing score on the NCLEX-PN or current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Experience in home health or similar setting preferred
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of home health care procedures and protocols
