Travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,800 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 11, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Help patients maintain or improve their physical function and mobility.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
• Experience in home health or similar setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized PTA program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients.

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
