CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a contract/travel assignment in Webster City, Iowa. This role is in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, with the following details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks (potential to extend)
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8-hour days

Estimated weekly payments include hourly wages, meal and incidental reimbursements, and housing expenses. Benefits such as medical, dental, and vision are in addition to the weekly pay. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined upon formal offer.
