About the role
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Assess referred patients for rehabilitation services
- Administer a treatment program with specific goals under the direction of the Physician
- Educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and evaluate patient goals
Requirements
- Hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
- Minimum one year's experience as a Physical Therapist
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or be in the process of obtaining one
- Current CPR certification
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
