About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
- Adhere to state licensing requirements including but not limited to Oregon PT license and Washington PT license.
- Ensure all patient care activities are performed in accordance with professional standards and guidelines.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and policies related to home health care.
- Participate in required continuing education courses to maintain certification.
Requirements
- BLS Certification required.
Qualifications
- Current active license as a Physical Therapist in at least one of the following states: Oregon or Washington.
- At least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in Home Health Physical Therapy.
- Experience working with a diverse population of patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills

- Good organizational and time management skills.
Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with 1 Saturday per month shift.
