Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,943 per week

About the role

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Manning, South Carolina. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
• Valid SC License.
• BLS Certification.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice in South Carolina.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay

Exact pay package may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, guaranteed hours, travel distance, demand, experience, etc. The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
