Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a full-time Physical Therapist
• Current State Licensure
• Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc.)

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a current license to practice in the state of Oregon.

Pay
