Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,810 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and treatments
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Document patient care activities and progress

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arkansas
• At least one year of recent relevant experience
• Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy preferred
• Experience with home health care equipment and techniques
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the company.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
