About the role
Advantis Medical is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week position in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes
- Treat patients with a variety of conditions under the supervision of a licensed physician
- Document patient progress using EPIC
- Adhere to shift schedule: 8 hours, days, Monday through Friday, with one Saturday monthly
- Handle on-call responsibilities for one Saturday monthly
- Average daily driving distance: 30-50 miles
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in both OR and WA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current CPR certification
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in home health or related field
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills
