Coverage areas include Corpus Christi, Portland, Taft, Ingleside, Aransas Pass, Rockport, Sinton, Odem, Beeville, Mathis, and Robstown.

Responsibilities

• SOC assessments
• Patient evaluations
• Discharges in a home health setting

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health PT experience
• PT license
