Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,514 per week

About the role

Physical Therapist (Travel) providing primarily inpatient and home health services in Cody, Wyoming. The position works primarily during the day with rotating Saturday coverage and holiday coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in both inpatient and home health settings.
• Utilize electronic medical record systems including EPIC, Net Health, PCC, and Maestro.
• Travel to patient homes using a company‑provided vehicle.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting.
• Current BLS/BCLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for travel purposes.
• Mileage reimbursement available for personal vehicle use when necessary.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts.
• Days: Monday to Friday.
• Rotating weekend coverage on Saturdays.
• Holiday coverage required.
• Start date: 10/12/2026.
• Duration: 13 weeks.
