Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,511 per week

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Seaside, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in Home Health Physical Therapy
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of home health insurance billing and coding

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
