• Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting
• Deliver excellent patient care in accordance with professional standards

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence

Pay

Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,479.20 (includes projected hourly wages and weekly housing, meals, and incidental per diems for eligible clinicians).

• Weekly Wages: $1,233.20
• Weekly Meals & Incidental Per Diem: $476.00
• Housing Per Diem: $770.00

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
