Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,454 per week

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract position in Twin Falls, Idaho. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital, clinic, or home setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
• Preferred 2 years of experience.
• Valid ID License.
• BLS Certification.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Idaho.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
