Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,445 per week

About the role

Focus Staff is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel contract in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting. Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: 08/24/2026 Shift: 5x8 Days

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 1 Year of Experience
• Valid OR License
• BLSE (Board Licensure Examination for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists)
• Eligible to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current certification in CPR
