Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,425 per week

Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in home health settings
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises to promote mobility and enhance quality of life
• Work closely with patients to support their recovery
• Utilize homecare homebase software as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Familiarity with home health care environment
• Experience with EMR systems (Slate Healthcare provided)

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN or proof of eligibility

Pay
