American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pueblo, Colorado. This position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and starts immediately.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessment to identify patient needs and appropriateness of care
• Develop, review, and revise patient plans of care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Design and provide treatment for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders based on evaluations and referrals

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a PT
• Current State license as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Previous home care experience preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program
