Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,285 per week

The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 24, 2026, in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in Home Health.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay
