Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,226 per week

About the role

A Travel Home Health Physical Therapist is needed in Seattle, WA for a 13-week assignment starting September 7, 2026. The position is 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

• Current state license to practice physical therapy
• At least one year of experience in home health physical therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel and work in various locations

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
