About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 12, 2026, in Missoula, Montana.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Assist clients in improving their physical function and mobility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Montana
- At least one year of experience in home health or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
- Skilled in patient education and counseling
- Knowledgeable in home health care protocols and standards

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
