Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,080 per week

TRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Monticello, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Iowa.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in home health or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Knowledge of home health insurance billing processes.
• Experience with telehealth technologies.
